Smokin' Bloody Mary---might as well!
Ingredients: 3oz vodka, 2.5 oz. smoked tomato juice, 1/4 oz. lemon juice,1/4 oz. Worchestershire, salt, pepper to taste and a stalk of celery.
Preparation: for the smoked tomato juice, halve 4 medium sized tomatoes and smoke in bbq using hickory or mesquite chips for approx. 20 minutes. Remove, allow to cool. then juice in a blender, strain. Makes approx. 2 cups of juice.
In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients, shake and strain into an ice filled collins or highball glass. Garnish with the stalk of celery!
