Let the sun SHINE! To appreciate this rare gift from Mother Nature, a sparkling refesher is calleld for! Her it is---The Pineapple Refesher!

Ingredients: 2oz dry white wine, 2oz fresh pineapple juice (none of that canned crap!), 1/2 fresh lemon juice, 3 oz. club soda, 1/2 tsp. superfine sugar,ice, pineapple wedge for garnish.

Preparation:  In a shaker filled with ice, add all liquid ingredients, except club soda (unless you REALLY want to have some fun!), shake and pour into a highball glass. Top with club soda, gently mix. Add pineapple wedge for garnish.
