It’s usually a good sign, that a recipe is pretty good, if the person who developed it is willing to make it twice in just three days. I must say I really like how this turned out and how flavorful it makes pork chops. You could also use this on chicken. This will make enough pork chop marinade for 4 1.5 inch thick chops.

Ingredients:
1 cup lite soy sauce, ¾ cup stone ground mustard, 1/3 cup honey, ½ cup unsweetened pineapple juice or pureed fresh pineapple.

Preparation:
Cut up and in a blender puree the fresh pineapple, pour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients-stirring with a whisk to blend all the ingredients together. In a resealable bag, pour in the marinade, add the pork chops. Seal the bag and place in flat in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning over once.

Remove chops from bag, grill on high heat (450F) for 9-12 minutes a side, depending on how hot your grill cooks. Serve with Jasmin rice and freshly steam broccoli.
