Grilled Potato Skins: Great for weekends, tailgating and after work appetizers! I began experimenting with this recipe earlier this summer. Give it a try, alot of fun to grill up, and a lot of fun to eat.

Beef Flanken Ribs


Beef Flanken Ribs---or more familiar as Korean Beef Short Ribs. Flanken style are cut across the 6th, 7th and 8th rib bones into 3/8 to 1/2-inch thick slices. Each rib piece contains 3 cross-cut rib bones.

Three Can Bean Salad: "Necessity is the mother of invention." This is a wonderful salad Sandi came up with the other night when it was so hot outside (and inside). We didn't have the "standard" ingredients for a traditional three bean salad. So this is what she came up with-and I love it! This is now my new favorite bean salad. It's incredibly wonderful!
