McMinnville Police Want Help Identifying Bank Robber

On January 10th, 2017 at about 1:14 pm, McMinnville Police received to a reported robbery that had just occurred at Chase Bank at 1675 NE 99W, McMinnville Oregon.

According to the initial information obtained, a white male adult about 6 feet tall and wearing jeans and a black coat with a hoodie and a cap had given a note to a teller demanding money. The male was described as in his 50’s or 60’s with an unshaven appearance. No weapon was displayed. Once the money was provided, the male left the bank through the South doors along 99W. He left with an undisclosed amount of currency.

McMinnville Police Department is currently investigating with assistance from Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office, Oregon State Police, and other local departments. Officers are looking for a vehicle of interest, a black 2 door sedan, possibly a Hyundai Veloster, with the last three numbers being 743.
