Man In The Country Illegally Named Suspect In February Child Rape Case

Clackamas County, Ore. —  The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office released the name of Santiago Martinez-Flores Monday as the man suspected of breaking into an apartment and sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.

The 48-year-old has also been known to use the aliases “Felipe Coeto” and “Isidro Ramos Flores.”

Martinez-Flores has a lengthy criminal record dating back to 1994 and was deported to Mexico in March of 2001 after serving about two years in the Oregon Department of Corrections. 

During the early morning hours of Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017, an unknown assailant broke into an apartment in the apartment complex. Once inside, the suspect sexually abused the young victim as she was sleeping.
