Inmates Released Early No Beds

PORTLAND, Ore.–  Low Level inmates are getting released from jail in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.  The reason is overcrowding.  Recently Clackamas and Washington counties released 700 inmates.  Multnomah County 95.  Low level crimes include things like speeding, prostitution, vandalism, use of False ID.  Law enforcement uses a grid to evaluate each inmate.  The lower the number on the grid the more likely early release might be considered.
