Gov Brown Makes A Case Against Opiods

Oregon Governor Kate Brown is in Washington DC today to tell a Senate Committee how Oregon is handling the opiod crisis.  Congress is considering more federal funding to help states, like Oregon,  go after opiod addiction.   She says part of the problem is that the drug is plentiful and easy to get.    Just how bad is it?  A month ago, Governor Brown declared addiction a public health crisis in the state.   The Statesman posted this video to show just  how bad it is:
