Mulled Grape Cider--not only is this one loaded with vitamin C, it's a delicious way to warm-up to the New Year, and it's family-friendly!
Ingredients: 12 oz. grape juice concentrate-thawed, 4 cups water, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup apple or cranberry juice, 8 whole cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks. Citrus rounds for garnish if desired.
Preparation: In a saucepan, add all ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes,then ladle out into heated mugs, add garnish, then toast in the New Year!
