Wanted: Northwest Walmart Theft Ring

Woodburn Detective Sergeant Nick Wilson says they are looking for a small group of people who they believe have been stealing electronics from Walmart stores in Oregon and Southwest Washington. In particular they are on the lookout for 47-year-old Michael Kelso who they believe may be at the center of the theft ring.
Wilson says one of the members manages to get a Walmart employee to get out an iPad or Samsung Galaxy tablet, then distracts the employee while another person grabs it. He says a third person may end up taking it out of the store.
The Woodburn Walmart on Stacy Allison Road was hit on October 25th & December 1st. The group is also believed to have also stolen electronic tablets from stores in Woodburn, Salem, McMinnville, Vancouver and St. Helen's.
Two vehicles could be associated with these thefts: A silver Kia Sephia
with Oregon license no. 899 ETS and a red Ford Explorer with Oregon
license no. 876 CNY.
Police are asking for the public's help in solving these crimes.
