How Much of an Underdog is Tennessee?

John believes this Saturday's matchup of the Ducks and the Golden Eagles will be no different than Oregon lining up in front of a Piñata. So Tennessee Tech beat writer Thomas Corhern joins the Bald Faced Truth to argue the case for Tennessee.
While the match may already be lost, that isn't the only reason the Golden Eagles are coming. Tennessee will be seeing a lot of profit by leaving their conference to play a team like Oregon.
"These games help supplement the football program and even athletic program from school. It's a big game for them to really have the experience to play a school like Oregon."
Tech really doesn’t mind being treated as such an underdog in these games. They just really want the chance to play their best.
"They don't really take a whole lot of offense to it; Tech knows what these games mean to them. Yeah the fans don't like it, big wins aren't really exciting, but at the same time it is helping the game of college football. It helps grow the sport."
