The Oregon State Beavers basketball program is starting to see the fruits of a rebuild thanks to head coach Craig Robinson. Robinson joined John Canzano on The Bald Faced Truth to talk about reaping the rewards of hard work.

When Robinson took over the men's basketball program in Corvallis, the Beavers where a team that didn't see the win column very often. Coach Robinson talked about how the culture is changes at Oregon State.

"The culture here is changed, I think that when our guys go out on the court they feel like they can win games against good teams."

Winning in NCAA basketball is difficult without a gifted "big" man anchoring the center position. Robinson is asked if a team can win without a "true" center.

"Absolutely, you gotta have the right guys and the team that comes to mind is the Marquette teams they typically have some undersized tough guys who can win games and win pretty big without having a true seven footer or a true center."

John and Coach Robinson also talk about Christmas and what one of the most memorable Christmas gifts Coach Robinson every received was.
