Vancouver Police Identify Suspect in Shooting

Police in Vancouver are looking for an armed and dangerous man they say is responsible in the kidnapping and shooting of a Portland man last week. 19-year-old Pedro Godinez Jr is wanted on attempted murder and kidnapping charges.
Friday night, a SWAT team arrested 22-year-old Joanna Speaks in connection with the incident. She was booked into Clark County Jail on charges of attempted murder, kidnapping and robbery.
Police say the two are responsible for kidnapping the victim and shooting him. They then fled in the victim's 2012 black Nissan Sentra. It has a temporary plate in the window and plate frame from Beaverton Nissan. The victim had to walk a mile to find help.
Godinez Jr. is Hispanic with shaved black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot 10-inches and around 220 pounds. He also has tatttos, including "Mariana" on the right side of his head, "Monica" on the right side of his neck, "Baby" on his right arm and "Silent' on his left arm.
