Hi wine lovers- I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving! We sure did- Jenn & I are mixing things up this year and spending the weekend in Walla Walla with Casey McClellan at Seven Hills Vineyard, right in the heart of WW. Casey is a fourth generation farmer in the WW Valley and founder of one of the founding wineries in the area. The Seven Hills Vineyard he planted with his father is legendary- they actually sold that vineyard and planted another, the McClellan Estate Vineyard right next-door in 2003. Casey's wines are incredible, and the Seven Hills tasting room is a must-see, located in the historic 1904 Whitehouse-Crawford building. Speaking of Whitehouse-Crawford, the restaurant of the same name is one of the best we've ever enjoyed and another must-see (or must-eat) when you're in Walla Walla. Next week, we'll be back in studio featuring Syncline Wines!
