Terron Ward Ready To Face Ducks

The Oregon Ducks lost Saturday to Stanford creating a must see "Civil War" matchup with the Oregon State Beavers this coming Saturday in Corvallis. Oregon State Beavers RB Terron Ward joined John Canzano on The Bald Faced Truth to talk about the upcoming rivalry game.

Ward who rushed for over a hundred yards last weekend against Cal spoke with John about getting an opportunity to run against the Ducks defense.

"We want to establish the run and open up the pass and make it easy for our lineman on pass plays but yeah, we want to establish the run and we take the challenge head on with the Ducks."

The Beavers come into the "Civil War" game against the Ducks at 8-2 on the season and John and Terron talked about whether the Beavers are playing their best football of the year.

"The line is playing great, the receivers are catching balls and the running backs are trying to run as hard as we can so I feel we're peaking at the right time at the end of the season."

John and Terron also touch on the subject of trash talking during "Civil War" week.
