Not the actual victim

The 35-year-old mother says she just "had a feeling" when she went walking with her 6-year-old child and their dog, so she took her gun.
She told the man to leave or she would "blow his brains out". He said a few choice words and ran off chased by the victim's dog.
The victim searched an online database of sex offenders and believes she found him there. Police believe the guy in his 20's may have exposed himself to two other people at Winco and an apartment complex.
