Man Throws Fire Bomb At Portland Police Car

A man on a bicycle rode to North Precinct early today and threw a molotov cocktail at a police cruiser. It bounded off the car and burst into flames in the parking lot. The man was arrested nearby. It is just the latest clash between angry demonstrators and police. On Saturday, protestors clashed with police during an unpermitted march near Lloyd Center. Officers fired pepper spray at those who would not get out of the street. On Friday, two officers were sent to the hospital after fighting with a suspect.
