A man who has been involved with Occupy Portland protests is accused of driving his car through Terry Schrunk Plaza overnight and tearing up the grass.
Police say 36-year-old Joshua Jacquot parked his car on a brick patio, got outside and began dancing. He was arrested for reckless driving and his car was towed.
Jacquot will also be charged with destruction of federal property and other driving infractions because the plaza is a federal park.
He was just kicked out of the downtown park this past Sunday for setting up a tent and camping illegally. In one week alone last month, Jacquot was arrested for disorderly conduct, trespassing and criminal mischief.
