Bomb Threat at Beaverton High Schools

A threat in the way of a note found in the bathroom of Beaverton's Southridge High School
two weeks ago spread this week online through social media and it's keeping some students at home today.
Police investigated back then, but found the threat was not credible. The principal sent a note
to parents alerting them of the situation.
The issue seemed to be over until rumors from students on Twitter and Facebook yesterday stirred things up again, claiming there would be a bomb or explosion today.
Police still say there's no concern and parents were told the same via a phone message.
Aloha High School
was also mentioned in the rumors and their principal put out a statement on the school's Facebook page saying there's "no evidence of an actual bomb threat". There has been extra security on campus though.
