PCC Sylvania Counselor Found Dead

Sadly, Portland Police have found 57-year-old Roger Frank dead slumped over in his car in a parking lot near Southeast 7th and Powell.

A death investigation is underway, but there's no evidence of foul play. The Oregon State Medical Examiner is consulting with other professionals regarding his medical history.

Frank had been missing since Saturday and was last seen at the Blitz Sports Pub in Southeast Portland. He used a wheelchair to get around in a handicapped accessible van.

Roger Frank was a popular counselor at Portland Community College's Sylvania campus since 1987.
