Dutch Bros. Raise $12,000 For Victim's Family

East county Dutch Bros. coffee shops donated half of their Monday proceeds from sales to the family of murdered Gresham barista Whitney Heichel.

Customers also donated in a collection box. After all was said and done, about $12,000 was raised.

Heichel was murdered last week and her body dumped on Larch Mountain. She worked at Starbucks, but several of her relatives work at Dutch Bros.
