Naked Man Bathes Himself In Drinking Fountain

A man is accused of washing his genitals in a drinking fountain at Couch Park in Southwest Portland. Witnesses say 40-year-old Jamie Hensler tried to talk with kids and then took off his clothes and washed his genitals in the fountain.
Hensler is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and misusing a drinking fountain. He skipped court today, so an arrest warrant has been issued.
This is his second run-in with police already this year. He's facing trial next week for assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and reckless endangering.
