1-2 lbs peeled and devained jumbo shrimp, 2-oz
Ina 2 qt sauce pan, add the bourbon and honey, over low heat, stir for approximately 15-20 minutes to thoroughly mix the bourbon and honey. Add lime juice and stir in as well. If too thin, reduce by half.
Place shrimp on skewer--approx. 3-4 per skewer. Grill over high heat, basting with the bourbon-honey and lime sauce. Grill approx. 3-6 minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink. remove and enjoy!
