We've been building to the climax. Will the U.S. strike Syria, or won't they?
It's been a question for weeks, and now it gets even muddier.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has taken the lead in the crisis, and has gotten the Syrians to agree to give up their chemical weapons to the international community.
This leaves the President in an odd position. He planned to speak to the American people tonight and lay out the case for striking Syria. Now that Syria has, in principle, agreed to give up their weapons, what will the President do tonight?
Will he still lay out the case to strike Syria? Will he take credit for the deal brokered by Russia? (probably)
