Caution: Spin Doctors At Work...
If it weren’t so critically important, it would be funny...

All the President’s men showed up
on the Sunday discussion shows and were asked one simple question that they
should have been ready for: ”Are Americans better off than they were four years
ago?”
They stammered and stuttered and
tried to change the subject…unable to say “yes, you’re better off.” But in most
cases unable to say “no,” Martin
O’Malley, Governor of Maryland finally said “no, but that’s not the question we
should be asking.”
As a matter of fact,
for most Americans it’s the ONLY question.
And Obama himself told us three years ago, that if he didn’t have the jobs
problem fixed in three years, then his should be a one term Presidency.
The President claims to have created four
million jobs, but the net score is what’s important.
Today, the number of
Americans is millions smaller than it was the day Obama took office. Americans have lost much of their wealth. If they are working their wages are lower on
average. And no, we’re not better off than we were four years ago.
But it should
be fun watching the Democrats in Charlotte trying to spin it that way...
