Sandy River Drowning Victim Identified

The woman who drowned in the Sandy River downstream from Oxbow Park last night was from Vancouver. 50-year-old Susan LeMay was with a friend on three inner tubes that were tied together.
They became tangled in a downed tree. A life jacket was no match for the current, as LeMay was trapped underwater. The other woman had to be rescued.
