Dry Rub 1 tablespoon brown sugar,1 tablespoon garlic salt,2 tablespoons turbinado sugar,½ tablespoon onion salt,½ tablespoon paprika,½ teaspoon black pepper,¾ teaspoon chili powder.
Marinade:1/4 cup orange juice,1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, ½ tablespoon minced garlic, ¾ cup pineapple juice. Mix together in a glass bowl. Pour into zip lock bag and marinate ribs for 5 hours. Remove ribs, add dry seasoning and begin to cook the ribs.
3 tablespoons honey, ¾ cup favorite barbecue sauce. Once ribs are cooked, pull off cooker and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Then, brush with finishing sauce, slice racks and serve.
Preparation: Peel membrane from ribs. Mix dry rub ingreditents together in glass bowl. Apply to meat side of ribs.
Begin to cook ribs as you normally do, either marinating ribs for 5 hours, or basting the ribs as you cook them with the marinade.
