Fred Meyer Employee Accused Of Taking Changing Room Pictures

24 year old Carl Rainey is accused of using his cell phone to try and take photos or a video of a mother and her 8-year old daughter while inside a changing room at the Gresham Fred Meyer.

Gresham Police say he was arrested after another employee came forward to police saying Rainey confessed to them. 

Fred Meyer Spokeswoman Melinda Merrill says Rainey has been fired and they are cooperating fully with police and the victims in this case.

The victims father tells KXL his daughter will no longer be trying on clothes inside a store.
