Three Bean Summer Salad

Three Can Bean Salad: "Necessity is the mother of invention." This is a wonderful salad Sandi came up with the other night when it was so hot outside (and inside). We didn't have the "standard" ingredients for a traditional three bean salad. So this is what she came up with-and I love it! This is now my new favorite bean salad. It's incredibly wonderful!


Ingredients: 1 medium red onion-chopped, 1 can sliced green beans-drained, 1 can butter beans-drained, 1 can lims beans-drained, 1 tsp. celery salt, 1 tsp. Mrs.Dash seasoning, 2 tbl. sliced pimento, 1/4 cup each-seasoned rice vinegar, olive or vegetable oil,.
Preparation: Place all ingredients into a bowl, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, unti mixture is nice and cold. Serve cold.
