Here's a thirst-quenching libation inspired from the bounty of your summer garden. If you're over-run with cucumbers, try this flavorful summer sipper...The Cucumber Cooler.

Ingredients: 4 cucumber slices per drink, 3 mint sprigs per drink, 1.5 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. simple sryup, juice of 1 lime, ice cubes.

Preparation: Place cucumber slices and mint into a shaker and muddle. Add gin, simple syrup, lime juice and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled wine glass. Add a cucumber slice or wedge for garnish. Delish!
