PORTLAND, Ore. -- There's now a sketch of the man who stabbed a TriMet bus driver last month near a stop at Southeast 94th and Foster. 40-year-old Fadi Hamad was stabbed two to three times as he walked from an employee restroom.
The suspect is described as white, in his mid 30's, 5'9'', with a medium build, unshaven face and several scars. He also has a checkerboard tattoo on his neck.
Hamad says he recognized the guy as a frequent rider. TriMet is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the guy's arrest.
His stitches have been removed, but he's still having trouble sleeping. Hamad says he replays the attack over and over in his head.
