Longshoremen Await Judge's Ruling

Longshoremen at the Port of Portland's Terminal Six are hoping that a federal judge will not find the union in contempt of court. They'll go before Michael Simon tomorrow afternoon.

The ILWU will argue that they aren't dragging their feet. Cargo has been backed up for well more than a month in a dispute over jurisdiction. An arbitrator two weeks ago found the Longshoremen guilty of a slowdown.
