Man Assaulted And Robbed At A-T-M

Portland Police have arrested one man and are looking for another after they robbed a man at an A-T-M Saturday afternoon. It happened at the Bank of the West on Northwest Flanders and Broadway around 5pm. Both men got away on bicycles. Officers drove the victim around the neighborhood and
they located one of the suspects at Northwest 6th Avenue and Glisan Street. Homer Phillips, Jr. was arrested and charged
with Robbery in the Second Degree. Phillips was booked into the Multnomah
County Jail and will be arraigned on Monday. The second suspect is described as an African American
male, 5'9" tall, 200 pounds, short black hair, wearing a black and white
checkered shirt, riding a bicycle.
