3 Arrested After Paintball Shooting Spree

3 men are under arrest after they went on a paintball-shooting spree in Troutdale. Police say the 3 found a paintball gun and ammo in a garage of a house that they were house-sitting around 11pm Saturday. They then decided to go out and shoot at random people. A total of 11 victims were injured, including 9 people hanging out in their front yards. One man was shot in the arm as he and his wife left a local restaurant. Police arrested 18-year-old Daniel Schmitt, 18-year-old Alexander Penner and a 17-year-old. Police seized a loaded Tippmann 98 custom paintball rifle, a 20oz CO2 tank, 20 paint balls and a paintball loader from the car. All 3 face a multitude of charges including: Unlawful use of a weapon X11, Conspiracy, Assault II, Reckless Endangering X9, and Criminal Mischief X2.
