A 54 year old man was rescued by Clackamas Fire's Technical Rope Rescue Team after falling 20 feet down a  steep hillside Monday.  The man was reportedly playing with his dog near the edge of the hillside when he lost his balance and fell, landing at the bottom of a ravine.  A neighbor called for help shortly before 7pm. Clackamas Fire crews used a "Low Angle Haul system," which secures the patient to a series of ropes and allows crews to safely haul him to the top of the hill. He was taken to Portland Adventist Medical Center in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
