July 9, 2012, 5:01 pm
A mailman called police after finding a note in the mailbox of a couple who live on the corner of Whitebird and Blackbird in Beaverton. The note apparently said that by the time someone would read it ... two people would be dead. When officers arrived, they found the bodies of a husband and wife in their 50s. The couple's Golden Retriever dog was found alive in the home and was taken away by animal services. Police are notifying next of kin. They have two grown children. The investigation into the cause of death continues.
