Naked Man Tased by Portland Police

A man was tased twice by Portland Police after running naked in Southeast Portland.  Witnesses say the man was wearing a hospital gown and looking distraught while inside the America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses store at Mall 205.  Police were called and they convinced the man to leave the store.  Witnesses say that's when he dropped his gown and took off.  Two police officers chased the man and tased him on the corner of I-205 and Stark.  The man started banging on a car window and was able to get up and keep running, even after the shock.  That's when police tased him a second time.  His name hasn't been released.  Traffic in the area was interrupted during the commotion.
