Lawsuit Filed Against CRC Project

Thompson Metal Fab in Vancouver has filed a lawsuit over the Columbia River Crossing project. The lawsuit challenges the Environmental Impact Statement. The company filed the suit because of a deadline, but they are also talking with the CRC to see how the company can be accomodated. They build some equipment that's too tall to fit under the proposed 95 foot tall span. That mitigation could be money. Thompson Metal Fab is starting to lose more money every day as word gets around about the bridge clearance being not high enough for them to ship some products downstream.
