Woman's Body Found Along I-5 Near Woodburn

Troopers investigating a body found along I-5

Oregon State Police still do not know who the young woman is who was found dead on the side of Interstate 5 north of Woodburn right as the sun came up this morning. There were visible injuries to her body. An autopsy found that she died from head trauma. Her body was in a grassy area off the northbound side of the freeway.

Lots of people have called police wondering if it's their loved one. She's white, in her late teens or early twenties, just over five-feet tall and 125 pounds with brown shoulder-length hair and blue eyes. Her death is considered criminal.

Tipsters are asked to call OSP at (800) 452-7888.
