Tigard Man Accused Of Targeting Young Girls

A 40 year old Tigard man has been arrested and accused of offering an underage girl drugs and then sexually abusing her. The Washington County Sheriff's Office began the investigation after a 17 year old girl told her parents  she did drugs and had sex with an older man. They have identified two other underage victims. Detectives believe the sexual activity took place at his old apartment in Beaverton, the woods along SW Barnes Road or his current home in Tigard. Enriquez drove a 1998 red Volkswagen Jetta and had a ponytail with the sides of his head shaved. He has since cut his hair for a more traditional look. He faces 17 counts including rape, encouraging child sex abuse and drug charges. Detectives are concerned there may be more victims.
