Man Arrested For Shooting At His Wife In Drive-By

Police say 48-year-old Elbert Phillips fired several shots from a vehicle towards another that his wife was in late Wednesday morning at Northeast Fremont and Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard.
The couple's marriage is said to be on the rocks. She was not wounded and no property was damaged by the bullets.
Phillips is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
