Tualatin Man Accused Of Murder

Tualatin police respond to an apartment complex twice Saturday for calls involving the same man. First they investigate a hit and run in the parking lot involving Lujar Phillipo. They talked to the woman he lived with, Kiorinta Edmond, who let them search the apartment. Phillipo was not home. Hours later, they get a call about a disturbance. They found Edmond's body lying on the grass. They were approached by Phillipo who  was armed with two knives. He was taken into custody and charged with murder and assault. He'll make his first court appearance today.
