Former Legislative Staffer Breaks Silence

Rep. Matt Wingard (R-Wilsonville District 26)

She's speaking out to try and help other women who may be in the same situation. While Wingard has apologized to his family, colleagues and constituents, Samantha say he's never told her that he was sorry.
Wingard's statement says the allegation was untrue. He's since left his leadership role and has announced he will not seek re-election in Wilsonville District 26.
