Marshall Faulk digs deep!

NFL Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk joined the Bald Faced Truth with John Canzano for a spirited discussion. Faulk and Canzano kicked off the conversation talking about officiating in sports and specifically in the NBA finals. Faulk talked about playing football as a young kid through his NFL career and knowing when it was time to hang the cleats up and transition to a new life. Marshall has made the successful switch from playing football to working in the media as an analyst covering the NFL. Being an athletic superstar has it’s disadvantages one of which is lack of privacy while in public. Marshall talks about the challenges of being in the public and keeping composure when privacy is breached by the public. During Faulk’s career he was blessed with being in offensive systems and coaches the utilized his skills properly.

John and Marshall discuss the retirement of NFL All-Pro running back LaDanian Tomlinson and how some athlete’s have a difficult time adjusting to life after sports.
