On Thursday, the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners will receive a report outlining the financial costs of a building a new county courthouse in downtown Portland. The report also outlines the option of remodeling the current building, while keeping operations going. Commissioner Deborah Kafoury says an option that isn't on the table is moving operations while remodeling the current building. She says that is not cost effective.| Add your comments below | |
