The freeway lid would stretch from just north of NW Broadway to just south of Weidler. The plan would also widen the shoulders of I-Five and add two lanes from I-405 to I-84. Roads around the Rose Quarter would also be reworked to improve the flow of traffic. The joint project of the city and O-DOT would cost $400 million dollars and has yet to receive funding.
