Frosty cold, resfreshing and sparkling. Can't get much better than that on a warm Spring day. This was one of the very first libations concocted and served at Trader Vic's Restaurant and Bar. It features lots of citrus tang. Refreshing!
Ingredients: 2oz. silver rum, 1oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1oz. fresh squeeze orange juice, 1/5 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice, 1/2oz. orange caracoa, 1/4.oz. grenidine, 1 cup crushed ice, mint spring for garnish. Highball glass.
Preparation: In a blender, add ice, all liquid ingredients. Pulse for 10 seconds to mix ingredients. Pour into highball glass and garnish with mint sprig.
