There's sunshine out there! Time to liven up our libations and add some liquid sunshine with this Carribean inspired drink.
Ingredients: 1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis (black currant liqueur), 1/2oz. peach schnapps, 2oz. cranberry juice, 2oz. fresh squeezed orange juice, 1oz. fresh lime juice. (Optional--an ounce or two of club soda to cut sweetness), fruit for garnish (pineapple, mango, papaya wedge)
Preparation: In a Collins glass, add ice cubes, all liquid ingredients and stir. Add swizzle stick and fruit garnish. Toast the sunshine!
