Police Arrest Man after Six Hour Stand Off

Police in Tigard have arrested a man after a six hour stand off.
Authorities say the suspect barricading himself inside a home near Southwest Oak and 69th Street around 11:30 this morning when police arrived to arrest him in connection to domestic abuse crimes.
Residents in the area were able to get to their homes, but all other traffic was diverted from the area.
Sergeant Jim Wolf says the man was taken into custody without incident.
