The Tuition Equity Bill passed the Oregon Senate Thursday and is now headed to the Governor's desk. Governor John Kitzhaber has already promised to sign it into law.
The law will give undocumented immigrant students who have graduated from an Oregon High School and lived in the U.S. for 5 years in state tuition to Oregon state colleges and universities.
